The MFZ90-25A is a compact biomedical freezer designed for the secure storage of temperature-sensitive products in laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies, or research facilities. Thanks to its 76-liter net volume and compact design, it can be installed on a benchtop, preparation table, or any confined space requiring quick and reliable access to frozen samples.
Features and Functions
The MFZ90-25A is equipped with a variable-speed compressor (Adaptive Cooling) and a No-Frost® dynamic cooling system, ensuring even temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Its adjustable range from -5°C to -25°C offers great flexibility for storing medications, vaccines, reagents, or biological samples.
Its i-Care controller with touchscreen allows precise temperature control with graphic display, automatic data logging, and USB export. It also integrates all critical alarms: high/low temperature, door open, probe fault, and power failure.
Compliant with requirements
The MFZ90-25A complies with DIN13277 - DX15140 standards and the ATEX directive, ensuring safe use in medical and pharmaceutical environments. It is equipped with a probe port (Ø 20 mm) and a dry contact for connection to centralized monitoring or alert systems. A 24-hour backup battery keeps the alarm and controller operational in the event of a power outage.
Storage reliability
The MFZ90-25A guarantees thermal stability of 0.3°C and temperature uniformity of ±1.9°C. It reaches -20°C in just 71 minutes and can maintain a temperature below -10°C for 61 minutes without power, ensuring the protection of stored products even in the event of a temporary power outage.
It is equipped with 3 full perforated aluminum shelves and a reversible door system with automatic closing at <90° and hold open >90°, ensuring both ergonomics and safe access.
